List of annual rents specified as annual rates

Note: These are always annual rates of rent. Even if you specify the dates to which they refer (eg FromDates or ToDates) less or more than a year apart, the actual rate of accrual of rent is always annual. (So, for example, if you had rents that changed annually {100,200,300} and were using a function on a quarterly timebase, don"t be tempted to respecify them as {25,25,25,25,50,50 ...etc}).
