Rapid Support
- Fast support has become such a necessary
characteristic of a kind of tool such as Business
Functions that we make a bit of a feature of it.
- The reason support needs to be fast is that the
environment in which spreadsheet modelling takes
place is fast-moving, with deadlines set on an hourly
rather than weekly basis. And you tend to need help
when you are in the middle of something.
- We aim to get an email response out to you within
minutes of you sending it to us, providing we are at
work of course (hours: London GMT). It may not be a
solution, it might be first thoughts - but at least
you know we are on the case. What happens next
depends on the problem. Quite often we just need to
correct an input or suggest function alternatives. At
the other extreme its a bugfix or maybe even a new
function, but even those we can do in a couple of
days without too much difficulty.
