Billing

CafeWorkz is an excellent Billing system. It can calculate Bill for each customer on the fly. Bill includes seperation of Surfing Charge + Other Services used by the customer. Cafe Owner can sell unlimited number of Services with CafeWorkz. It automatically generates bill according to the quantity.
             CafeWorkz supports Pre-Paid as well as Post-Paid Accounts. In Pre-Paid Accounts it deducts the surfed time from membership account and generates bill only for extra servies used by the customer. Each customer can be uniquely identified by his/her Username.

Reporting

CafeWorkz can efficiently filter collection entries to generate 5 types of reports. These reports include Daily Report, PC Report, Rush Report, Services Report, Discount Report.
                          Daily Report generates reports as per the In-Time and Out-Time and some general information about the session. Rush Report enables you to judge Rush Hours for your cyber cafe i.e. when most of your customres come. Services report includes number of services sold.

Security

Until CafeWorkz Client is running it provides Bullet Proof Protection to your PCs. It does not allow user to tamper any of the PC Properties. Right from File Deletion to the Control Panel Blockage everything is restricted. This enhances the cafe performance and surely increases the life of your PC.

Adult Filtering System

CafeWorkz scans the Website visited for Adult/PORN contents and blocks them if found. Thus protects Childrens from getting exposed to such material.

Criminal Activities Detection System

It can track activities of users, Store users screen, as well as allows administrator to close down any suspecious window. Thus provides a way to stop Terrorist's communication over the internet.

Remote Management System
