The Budget Management module has been designed to fit in to your existing Performance Organiser software in a seamless way. You activate the Budget Management screens through the organization modeling pad or the Departments standard data capture screen. Once you have put together your financial allocations, you can use the organisation modeling pad to view your organizations financial structure as an overlay on the formal hierarchy.

The new module supports "top down", "Bottom up" and "lateral" budget allocation approaches. With the Budget Management module you can allocate funds based on your organization structure and by separate user defined budget allocation codes. The combination of code and structure means that you can build complex budget models.

Once you have created your financial structure, you can export the data into spreadsheets and other file types. Spreadsheets can be generated to show a complete budget breakdown or localised allocation details based on organization structure or budget code, You can also examine individual allocation records in the organization pad through the standard Performance Organiser "highlight, right click and drill down" approach.

At the end of each financial planning period, you can archive your complete financial model including all allocation details on just two mouse clicks.
