Loan accounts can be set up with any mix of terms, including weekly payments, bi-weekly, monthly, quaterly, half yearly or annual payments, APR or nominal interest rates.

Each loan or lease has its own account register which starts at period one. You can update any payment period and display the principal, interest and outstanding balance or you can register a missed payment, partial payment, new loan, penalty or accelerated repayment. You can add memo comments to each payment period.

Accounts can be summarised and totalled in any order sequence. The summary screen displays the weighted average interest rate of all combined loans based on the current outstanding balances of each account.

The program includes purchasing power factors which report the real cost of repayments and can compare leases or loans in real terms. You can use purchasing power factors to forecast the future price of any item or service using inflation or deflation purchasing power factors.
