Overview

TaskTimer is a unique professional schedule and team management program designed to support and improve communication and coordination within the workplace. It has the added benefit of automatically integrating tasks into the calendars of those who need to complete them.

TaskTimer 6.0 is designed to allow a user to immediately "action" an email by creating a TaskTimer appointment, task, event or contact task from the incoming email. All information from the email, including attachments, are copied to the TaskTimer item. You may optionally have the email deleted from the TaskTimer 6.0 inbox.The email component of TaskTimer 6.0 does not require an additional licence. It is automatically available to all TaskTimer users and its use is completely optional to the user.

TaskTimer is a Windows based networked software application for scheduling, communicating and integrating tasks with time.

TaskTimer can be used by any number of users:

SuperPIM: TaskTimer's SuperPIM is for the single user who wants to be in control of his/her own schedule and calendar, keep track of time and tasks in real time. TaskTimer's SuperPIM is for anyone who wants to be in control of time from the home user to the business executive - keeping schedules and projects running smoothly.

Small Business and Corporate: For any sized business, small or large, TaskTimer can increase productivity throughout the office, providing ease of communication, scheduling, planning and Project Management. TaskTimer keeps the whole team in control and on time with precision and balance.

Daily Working Routines In this screenshot demo you will be given a few examples of how TaskTimer makes team scheduling easy. Working with Others TaskTimer can be used for individual time planning but is optimised for use on a network by workgroups or entire organisations coordinating activities, meetings and tasks. The TaskTimer database provides a common reference point and means of communication.	Click to enlarge
Getting Others Involved TaskTimer makes it easy to arrange meetings. You just book a time and place and include the persons you want to participate, then the appointment will show up in the calendars of the invited persons, and they will get a notification of the invitation. If there are any booking conflicts, TaskTimer will let you know immediately and give you the possibility to find a more suitable time or place. In the TaskTimer Message List you can see if invited persons accept or reject your invitation, or if you have been invited to a meeting yourself.	Click to enlarge
What are the Others Doing Today? TaskTimer allows you quickly to see your colleagues plans. By clicking the Daily View button and chose any person in the TaskTimer database you get to see this person's plans on a daily, weekly or monthly view. Using the People overview lets you see several person's plans at a time which is particularly good for planning and coordinating activities of a team.	Click to enlarge
