UPC/EAN/Bookland Barcode Font Package allows you to print UPC-A, UPC-E, EAN-13, EAN-8, Bookland,   2 and 5 digit supplement barcodes. The installation program supports Windows platform, but the true type fonts can be used on Windows, Macintosh, UNIX and other Postscript platforms. If you own a valid license and need to use the Postscript font on other platforms, we will be glad to provide you for free.

The number in parenthesis is height for these fonts with underlying text.
The measure unit for font height is inch (1inch =2.54cm).
CPI - Characters Per Inch. When calculating the actual length, you need count the two start/stop characters
The height refers to the actual bar height, not the height of the font when rasterized. The font is scaled both in horizontally and vertically, to calculate the size under a different point size, use formula: (size_at_12_pt)*actual_point_size/12.

Special Character Mapping

Although a valid UPC/EAN number can only include numeric characters, the encoding is very complicated due the fact that three character set are used and the special printing requirement. We recommend you use Morovia FontBuddy to construct the font string. If you need application integration source code in several major languages are also provided.
