Using SBA, you can produce a wide variety of expense, income, profit and general ledger reports. You can define up to 1000 different income and expense accounts to fully categorize your income and expenses for tax purposes. SBA is linked to OWL’s Simple Business Invoicing & Inventory (SBII) program via an import option that transfers income that has been entered into SBII's invoices into Simple Business Accounting so that it does not need to be entered twice. SBII provides complete tracking of sales, customers, inventory and receivables. The combination of SBII and SBA provides a complete business management solution for many small businesses.
