Security is maintained with multi-level logins. Support users can configured as system administrator, support or field support. Customers have the option of Client administrator, Client login or Site login. An optional Client Administrator login allows a customer some control over their own organisation and me be sold to them as a premium support package.

The different login levels control what individual users can see and what they can do as defined by your security configuration. The HelpDesk Basic package offers a preset selection of security settings that should appeal to most common support scenarios.
