Manager-DBTM with PreactorTM Link.
Now, two of the best tools for the busiest and most
competitive manufacturers are available integrated for an
affordable price. Both tools working together are easy to

result of a cooperative effort involving Preactor

Resource Manager-DB plays the role of a
front end system to Preactor, for larger companies serving to
integrate legacy and complex, multi system ERP information, and
for smaller companies providing basic MRP and Shop Management
functionality. Resource Manager-DB delivers to Preactor a rough
cut, finite schedule after all net MRP and Inventory
adjustments have been made. When Preactor gets the schedule
from RM-DB, Preactor then delivers schedule optimization,
visual drag and drop adjustments, and includes the capability
for advanced functionality for secondary constraints, and
complex scheduling rules to deliver the best solutions.
After Preactor crafts and delivers
the utmost solution to the scheduler, feedback to the Resource
Manager system closes the loop, enabling it to rearrange
purchasing and materials management to ensure 100% on-time
delivery. Resource Manager’s components of Lean
Manufacturing (Kanban and Barcode), as well as a Business
Activity Monitoring module can be employed to add extra
dimensions of manufacturing effectivity.
